Shipping policy
Items will be shipped within three business days of purchase and are fully insured. Please note the following time frames:
Australia Wide Shipping
Enjoy a $15 flat rate standard shipping fee for all Australian wide orders under $300. Complimentary standard Free shipping is available for all Australian wide orders above $300. All artworks are insured during transit.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
Please get in touch for international delivery and allow approximately 1-4 weeks for your artwork to arrive. For international orders, artworks will be removed from their stretcher bars and be packed in a sturdy tube for transit.
Please note for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs authority for further information prior to placing an order.
We do not ship to P.O Box addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages or lost during shipping orders
If your order has been damaged or is missing in transit, please get in contact with us at hello@ivvydermanart.com and leave a message with 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damages to determine if it qualifies for a replacement. If the item is eligible for return, we will send you a shipping label and it will need to be returned in it's original packaging.
