7-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ivvy Derman Art. If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, we're here to help. Our return policy is designed to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible.

Original artworks: Original artworks cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If your original artwork has been damaged in transit, please get in contact with us at hello@ivvydermanart.com and leave a message with 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damages to determine if it qualifies for a replacement. If the item is eligible for return, we will send you a shipping label and it will need to be returned in it's original packaging.

Custom Prints: All prints are custom made so unfortunately they are not refundable or exchangeable. Custom prints cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If your original artwork has been damaged in transit, please get in contact with us at hello@ivvydermanart.com and leave a message with 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damages to determine if it qualifies for a replacement. If the item is eligible for return, we will send you a shipping label and it will need to be returned in it's original packaging.

 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival.

The return request is made within 7 days from the delivery date.

 

Return Method for faulty items

Returns must be made by mail. We offer a convenient, no-cost return process to make it hassle-free for you. As return shipping is on us, we will provide you with a prepaid return label electronically.

 

Easy Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label.

Carefully package the item in its original packaging along with all accessories and documentation.

Attach the provided return label to the package.

Drop off the package at your nearest Auspost location.

 

Replacement

Upon receiving your returned item and inspecting it, we will process your replacement and send it out to you as per handling times.
